Camping at Whittlesea Showgrounds at a powered site.

This is for one powered site for one night only - Saturday 14th November, 2020. 

If you require another night, you can book that with the date you require.
Check in time for this site is 8am (Time can be varied by prior arrangement)
Check out time for this site is 11am the next day (unless you've booked a second or 3rd night)

There is water available nearby, but not dedicated to each site. 

You will be required to supply your own power leads, as there will not be any available. There are a mix of 10A and 15A supplies, please specify if you definitely require a 15A supply, otherwise you will get a random allocation. ONLY 10A available for SUNDAY night.

Each site will be clearly marked, with room for one caravan and one car only.

Pets: You are welcome to bring your pets to the mega, however they will need to remain on a lead at all times. Pets will not be allowed in the food areas, unless they carry a registration, such as a guide dog. A copy of this registration needs to be provided to Geocaching Victoria prior to the event for our insurance files. Be aware of the often large crowds and noise involved in such a large event, that can make your pet anxious. 
Behaviour: Please be mindful of your neighbours with regards to your use of the space and noise.
If anyone is found to be behaving in a way that is impinging upon any/everyone else staying over, the committee will become involved. Depending upon the level and type of behaviour, this may involve anything from a warning to expulsion from the Showgrounds.
Litter: Please use the bins provided around the showgrounds and keep the area clean.
